Mad About the Fifties Mad eBook ´ About the Fifties about ebok, fifties kindle, Mad About kindle, the Fifties pdf, About the Fifties book, Mad About the Fifties Mad ePUBI bought this as an afterthought really just thinking to complete the set after I'd bought and enjoyed both Mad About The Sixties and Seventies but this one ended up being my favorite of the three My initial reluctance to get it when I bought the other two was based on the assumption that I already owned most of the material in this book in other books they republished the original Kurtzman MAD comic books the ones they did before going to magazine format back in the 90s but I was very happily wrong about thatWally Wood and Bill Elder were the twin gods of my childhood after seeing their MAD work in paperback size reprints like Inside Mad and It's a World World World World Mad in the 70s particularly because the format didn't allow for color printing so I got a chance to see their incredible drawing and inking unobscured by the clumsy hand separated color of mid 20th Century Americ
